During the course of my Husband Hunt I’ve spent large amounts of time energy and money on everything including reading just about any book I can find on the subject. I’ve read books on how to find him, how to improve you so you can then attract love, spells for love, how to make marriage work, how to kick the bad guys out of your life and so on and so forth.
Reading books is probably the only none painful part of the whole Husband Hunting expedition since I love to read. So I decided from now on I’m going to review the books I read on the subject to let you know how good, bad, funny or down right ugly they are.
I’ll try to keep my opinion of the authors writing style to myself and just write about what the book covers and if the advice they hand out is worth following from a single girl on a Husband Hunts view point. I’ll also look at the books from a psychological prospective and try to explain what it’s doing to your brain and self esteem. I actually have a psychology degree so yes I can objectively review what the literature is programming into your head, words are some of the most powerful ways of programming someones view of life. Words in a spoken, sung or written format can subconsciously effect your emotions and inner monologue which translates into changes in your behaviour and self esteem.
With each review I’ll put up photos of the cover of the book since if your like me you won’t remember the written title of a book but if you’ve seen the cover either on a shelf or via a picture you can suddenly remember what it was called. For books from my local library I’ll take both a front cover shot but also and inside cover shot as they have a bad habit of putting the library bar code right over the authors name. For the books I tragically have collected and are still on my book shelves I’ll just put a photo of the front cover up.
